- Jotform – student names; station colors; if time, instructors auto fill (or in sheets)
- Sheets – 1)Submissions; student list, status “IN”; activate stations and colors 2) Students; update list to reflect testers 3) Colors; update to reflect station colors 4)Tracker; hide / show appropriate rows; update queries in C44:J44 to contain correct colors 5)Hide all but TRACKER
