ABOUT US

Our mission is to prepare students with the technical skills and knowledge necessary for competent entry-level paramedic practice through the use of a hybrid educational model, extensive clinical rotations, and a mentored residency program.

The Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Training Academy’s Paramedic Institute is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP).
